Tis the season for tulips, and they are beautiful. I've been enjoying going out to the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm and wandering around their four acres of colorful brilliance. Sometimes it's just nice to look at something pretty and in my photographs, that's what I've been working on. I've been experimenting with only focusing on a narrow bit and letting the rest just fade away. And sometimes the tulips are just pools of color, highlighting another subject. The really fun thing is that there's a pink John Deere, and there's even a rusty old tractor and the classic green and yellow John Deere. And if you're really lucky, you'll find a pup or two posing for a photo. Well, I hope that wasn't too many pretty flowers, but just in case it wasn't, here's one final photo. Have you ever seen fields of colorful flowers? And if you haven't, you should make a plan to do that.
