Let'er Buck

Last year was my first time to the Pendleton Round Up and I had fun taking photos from the stands. One of the photos I took, I entered it (and a couple others) in the Let'er Buck Photo Contest. The super exciting part is that the one photo won the contest! So, this year I got to attend the rodeo and Happy Canyon with my husband, John. It was John's first time to the Round Up and for my second time I got to have media credentials, which meant I got to go to a platform right next to the chutes! I hope you enjoy the moments of excitement I captured. There was saddle bronc riding, Indian relay races, bull riding, barrel racing, and wild cow milking, plus the Native American dancing in the park area.
